How can we go on, from here? The installation Wishing you well points towards hope and persistence, two aspects that will be crucial in shaping the future that we might want for ourselves. A mobile robot endlessly throws a coin into a fountain, mimicking a gesture known to mankind for centuries. It repeats its action relentlessly, continuously, showing determination or foolishness, attempting the perfect throw. And yet, it is this exact persistence, this exact hope, that we are called to enact as we continue to live and shape the imperfect, but living systems that we have created for ourselves.
